FRIED RICE
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- Diced shiitake mushrooms
- Green peas, edamame, chickpeas (or other kinds of beans)
- Cut corn
- Diced carrots
- Diced veggie ham
Seasonings:
Directions:
- Prepare quantities of veggie ham, mushrooms and beans in proportion with the rice.
- Heat a large sauté pan or wok with a moderate amount of oil. First add the mushrooms and sauté until fragrant. Then add the other vegetables and veggie ham. Sauté until fragrant and season with salt and pepper.
- Add the white rice. Mix well and stir fry until fragrant.
- Add a little ketchup, curry powder, or other seasonings to taste.
